Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, your child’s name and age if you give them, the programme you are interested in, and your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange an assessment. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Our staff. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Information about children
Please share only what is useful for us to help — an age, a school year, what your child finds difficult. There is no need to send documents or medical records through this form.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from other companies. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
